  1. Project Manager / Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

    You hold our client projects together, from the first meeting to the final evaluation. Salary is discussed in person.

    Your tasks

    • You look after our clients as their fixed point of contact throughout the whole project
    • You plan tasks and deadlines together with design, copy and development
    • You run the client meetings and explain evaluations in a way people understand
    • You notice early when a project stalls and raise it openly

    Your profile

    • At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce, for example at an agency or an online store
    • You keep the overview even with several projects running at once
    • You are confident talking with store owners and say uncomfortable things clearly
    • You want to know why visitors buy or leave
  2. Developer (m/f/d)

    You implement what we design and test for online stores, mainly in Shopify.

    To be honest: we are looking for developers who have learned their craft and understand every line they hand in. Vibe coding is not enough for that.

    Your tasks

    • You develop and maintain Shopify themes for our clients
    • You code variants for A/B tests and build the winners permanently into the store
    • You take part in the technical side of migrations to Shopify and Shopify Plus
    • You pay attention to load time, clean tracking and good usability on mobile

    Your profile

    • Completed vocational training or a degree in computer science or software development
    • At least 5 years of professional experience in web development
    • Confident in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, experience with Shopify and Liquid is a plus
    • You write code that others can read, review and build on
  3. Back-Office Assistant (m/f/d)

    You keep the administration in Biberach in order so that everyone else can focus on clients and projects.

    Your tasks

    • You handle mail, the email inbox and the phone
    • You prepare quotes, invoices and contracts and file them
    • You organize appointments and keep documents in order
    • You support the management with everything that comes up in administration

    Your profile

    • Commercial training or experience in office work and administration
    • You work carefully and keep the overview even with many small tasks
    • Confident with email, spreadsheets and word processing
    • Very good German, spoken and written
  4. Setter (m/f/d)

    As a setter you make sure an inquiry turns into a conversation. You are the first contact for store owners who reach out to us, and you bring them into the intro call with our founders.

    Your tasks

    • You respond quickly to everyone who contacts us or replies to our campaigns
    • You clarify in the conversation whether the store is a fit for us and who makes the decisions there
    • You schedule intro calls with our founders David Pehl and Anas Elimani
    • You follow up when a contact does not have an appointment yet
    • You keep all contacts and conversation statuses clean in the CRM

    Your profile

    • Experience in phone sales or appointment setting
    • Very good German, spoken and written
    • You are confident on the phone, also when talking with owners and managing directors
    • You work in a structured way and keep track of contacts and appointments
    • You are interested in e-commerce and in why people buy online
